Leonardo Dias, M.B.A.
 
Currently Mr. Dias is a partner of CÉOS Consulting and a Managing Director of Little Rock Overseas LLC. Previously, Mr. Dias has acted as the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer for CEMAR and Equatorial Energia.  Mr. Dias has been working in the area of finance since 1997 and has extensive experience in financial control, strategic planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Mr. Dias has worked for more than 12 years in the energy and telecommunications industries of listed companies in Brazil. Mr. Dias holds a B.Sc. in Economics from University of Brasília and an M.B.A. in International Finance from the School of Business and Public Management - The George Washington University.

Dr. Tom Kraft is Director of Client Services at Houston Technology Center and has over 40 years of experience in medical and clinical devices, and biosciences and bioengineering start-ups. Prior to joining the Houston Technology Center, Dr. Kraft was a principal designer and consultant for an automated drug packaging and dispensing system for acute and sub acute patients. Dr. Kraft has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, an M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Rice University.
 
Bill B. Crow, M.S.
 
Mr. Bill Crow recently joined the Houston Technology Center (HTC) as an entrepreneur-in-residence focusing on nanotechnology after retiring as Chief of Staff for Congressman John Culberson, Texas CD #7.  Mr. Crow focused on the Congressman’s key goals in traffic congestion reduction, nanohealth and nanoenergy for 5 years after retiring from 42 years in the private sector. Mr. Crow has extensive experience with start-ups, small companies as well as major corporations after having served several senior executive positions with companies such as Exxon, Seismic Computing Corp., Swanson & Crow, Satellite Position Corp., GPS Technology Corp., and the Tobin Group of Companies. Mr. Crow received his B.S. in Geological Engineering and a M.S. in Geophysics from Kansas University, located at Lawrence, Kansas.
 
William Altman, M.B.A.

Mr. William Altman is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years experience in private equity, management consulting and C-level and Board level management of both public and private companies.  Most recently he helped build senior management teams as Senior Client Partner in the Houston office of Korn/Ferry International and prior to that served as President & CEO of Kardia Therapeutics.  Mr. Altman was a Rhode Scholar at Oxford University, received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Richard Piazza is the founder of La Jolla Capital Partners, LLC and has over 30 years experience at CEO and board level management in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology industries.  With significant board experience in both public and private healthcare companies, Mr. Piazza has extensive experience in working with venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, as well as joint venture relationships domestically and internationally.  Mr. Piazza received a B.S. and M.A. in Economics from State University of New York.
